Proven Technology
Every Robot Floor environment is engineered using proven, performance-led technology. We apply detailed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to model load paths and structural integrity, ensuring every structure performs under real-world stress. Our fit-out process integrates seamlessly with this engineering – aligning services, protection systems and operational layouts to support efficient robot movement. Our resin system is equally engineered for robotics, tested with millions of cycles, delivering the flatness, durability, ESD and surface consistency that AMRs and AGVs rely on for accurate navigation. With floors operating flawlessly seven years on, our technology is tested, validated and trusted in high-volume automated environments.
